We will create a full backup of your virtual server every week, so you never need to worry about permanently losing any valuable information. Plus, we can always restore a backup very fast. All backups we make are retained on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything happens to your hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a nearly endless set of options, you will sometimes need to install additional pieces of software. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Administration Services package, which entitles you to call for any of our expert tech support engineers to install and set up any kind of software package and to rectify any problem that you’re having with your VPS.
