A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We will migrate your site(s) to our enterprise–level cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that switching hosting providers can result in lost info and undesirable network downtime. That’s why we’ll do all that for you at no cost!We have highly qualified administrators whose primary job is to make sure that your site works exactly as it did on your former hosting platform. The administrators are experts in transferring custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon famous scripts such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time interval, since there are plenty of variables, including the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll try our very best to move your site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (in case the content is not very large).

A: Yeah. We will need to have the name of the site that you want us to transfer. We’ll also need a way to log in to your current web hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your site.

We employ safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and administrative procedures to secure the details that we assemble online. A: Your web site will work just like it did before with your old web hosting provider. After we have completed the transfer, your site will be configured to work on our system and we will alert you to preview it. If everything is working correctly, all you will have to do is change the name server resource records corresponding to your domain. Your website will be migrated over to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: Nah. We’ll never contact your hosting provider about anything at all. They will not be aware of the website transfer either.

A: We can migrate your web site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform provided that we can acquire access to the Control Panel and there’s FTP access available.The only websites that we are unable to transfer are the ones based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
